Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zion Alphatec


1. 100% Money-Back Guarantee (Applicable to All Programmes, Including Corporate, Full-Day, Public Enrolment, and Weekend Workshops):
If you are not satisfied with the training, you must notify us before the end of Day 1 by sending a request to training@zionalphatec.com. Requests submitted after Day 1 will not be entertained.
To claim the money-back guarantee, any training kit provided must be returned in good condition.

Note: For corporate programmes and full-day programmes (minimum 8 hours per day), this Day 1 money-back guarantee is the only applicable refund. No partial refunds will be considered for these programmes.


2. Refund Eligibility (Training Quality – After Day 1, Applicable Only for Public Enrolment Programmes and Weekend Workshops of Less Than 8 Hours per Day):
Refunds for unsatisfactory training quality after Day 1 shall be considered only for public enrolment programmes or weekend workshops of less than 8 hours per day. Requests must be submitted in writing via email to training@zionalphatec.com within 7 working days of enrolment. All requests must clearly specify the quality-related concerns of the training.
Approved refunds will be issued after deducting ₹700 per hour for attended classes. Requests submitted after 7 working days will not be entertained.

Note: This clause does not apply to corporate programmes, full-day programmes, or public/weekend workshops of 8 hours per day or more, where the Day 1 money-back guarantee (Point 1) is the sole refund option.


3. Cancellation / Rescheduling by You (Applicable Only for Corporate Programmes):
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your corporate training, your request must be received at least 14 days prior to the training start date.
A cancellation/rescheduling charge (whichever is higher: ₹4,000 or 15% of the training cost) will be deducted. Requests received less than 14 days before the start date will not be entertained.


4. Cancellation / Rescheduling by Zion Alphatec (Applicable to All Programmes):
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the instructor, venue, or other arrangements for any type of training programme without liability beyond refund of fees paid for the affected programme.


5. Time-Based Restrictions (Post-Programme Start – Applicable to All Programmes Except Corporate Programmes):
After 15 days from the start date of the training programme, you will not be eligible for a refund, and no refund will be processed for any classes beyond this period, regardless of actual attendance.

Note: This restriction does not apply to corporate programmes, which are short-duration courses (3–10 days) and are governed solely by the Day 1 money-back guarantee (Point 1).


6. GST and Fee Component:
Please note that GST paid is non-refundable, as it is remitted to the government, except in instances where the GST authorities themselves authorise a refund. Consequently, any approved refund will pertain exclusively to the course fee component.


7. Refund Process and Timeline:
All refund requests must be submitted via email to training@zionalphatec.com. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment within 21 working days. Management’s decision regarding refunds is final and binding.


8. General Conditions:
This refund and cancellation policy applies to all courses offered by Zion Alphatec and forms part of the enrolment agreement. Any request outside the scope of this policy will not be entertained.


9. Jurisdiction:
All disputes, including those related to refunds, privacy, disciplinary matters, rental issues, or any matters involving landlords or other relevant parties in the office premises, shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts. This applies to learners, guardians, or any individuals causing disruptions or violating our policies, with recourse to civil courts as applicable.
