Meetings & Appointments

To ensure availability of meeting rooms and dedicated attention from our trainers and management, all meetings are by prior appointment only.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. To request an appointment, please write to training@zionalphatec.com at least 1–2 working days in advance.

Appointments shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from management.

Our Location

There is no fixed age limit to take an online class.
Generally, students aged 12 years and above can attend online classes, depending on the platform and with parental consent if required.

You can take as many classes as you are able to manage comfortably.

Our team will guide you through the enrolment process. Appointments are not mandatory; however, if you wish to meet the trainer to discuss technical details or attend classroom training, participants from Bengaluru are advised to take an appointment and walk in to the nearest training centre, subject to availability.

Enquiries wishing to meet the trainer in and around MG Road must take an appointment at least one day in advance, subject to availability. If you decide to drop your class, please inform the institute in writing as soon as possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the institute’s cancellation and refund policy. Once the course has commenced, fees may be non-refundable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Before the commencement of the class, you may cancel your enrolment. After the batch has started, you may reschedule to a new slot, subject to availability.

To participate in an online course, you will typically need:

  1. A Device: Desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
  2. Internet Connection: Minimum 5 Mbps recommended for smooth video streaming.
  3. Web Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
  4. Software/Applications: Any platform-specific software or apps as specified by the course (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
  5. Audio & Video: Working microphone and webcam for interactive sessions.
  6. Storage & Memory: Enough storage for downloads and sufficient RAM for running applications smoothly.
  7. Email Account: For communication, course updates, and access links.

  3. Trainer Guidance: For clarification or guidance on the materials, you can contact the trainer during live sessions or via the support channels.
